EventPro

EventPro® is an event furniture range that Expo Hire developed and owns. It's available exclusively through Expo Hire for hire, and through our sister company Expo Direct for purchase.

Why we built it

Most hire companies buy furniture designed for retail use. A chair built for a showroom or domestic setting will crack, scratch and loosen after a few dozen cycles of loading, unloading and stacking. We specified EventPro® ourselves — the tolerances, finishes and construction are designed for repeated commercial use at hundreds of events a year. The same folding chair that went to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham is the same chair available on our website today.

The range

EventPro® covers chairs, tables, bar furniture, outdoor furniture and heating. Every item is sized and weighted for efficient transport and venue setup.

• Folding chairs: 1.2mm steel frame, 150kg rated, 3.4kg, folds to 50mm. 150 per long-wheelbase van. Black and white.
• Trestle tables: 19mm exterior-grade plywood top rated to 200kg distributed load, legs fold flush.
• Eiffel chairs: steel rod frame, UV-stabilised polypropylene shell, six colours, stacks 8 high.
• Tolix-style steel chairs: powder-coated steel, available in black, blue, red, white and yellow.
• Wishbone banqueting chairs and padded conference chairs — the conference chair has been used in Oxford University exam settings.
• Beer bench and table sets: 2m, seats 8.
• Gazebo frames and packages: 3m x 3m and 3m x 6m, flame-retardant canopies to BS 7837:1996.
• Mushroom and pyramid patio heaters for outdoor events and hospitality.

Consistent across batches

EventPro® items are finished in a single production batch per colourway. A chair hired today matches a chair hired two years ago in shade and sheen — which matters when every table at a 500-person event needs to match.
